Shipping policy

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) 

All orders should be delivered to you within 3 - 5 business days (subject to your location) 

All products will be shipped directly from CIETTE BEAUTY's warehouse. 

 

While we are try our best to avoid this situation, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. During these times we will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order shipment is initiated for RTO (return to origin) back to us, for further information regarding refund/reshipping.


When the order is delivered you will receive a notification for the same via email. If the shipment is not received and marked delivered, please check with neighbour’s, security or any other family member if anyone accepted the delivery on your behalf, if not, kindly contact us immediately on orders@ciettebeauty.com within 24-36 business hours for the concern.

 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping is Free for all orders Rs. 999/- and above

Standard Shipping Rate is applied to all orders below Rs. 999/-.

 

Free Shipping with Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders above Rs. 999/- upto Rs. 3000/-

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available on orders below Rs. 999/- or above Rs. 3000/-

 

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

 

How are the items packaged?

The products are carefully packaged with a protective layer and then placed in an outer box.

CIETTE BEAUTY ships throughout India based on all serviceable locations supported by our delivery partners. 

 

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Re-shipping policy

Definition of re-shipment : Reshipment of an order happens when the customer didn’t receive the order (returned to our warehouse)

CIETTE BEAUTY Charges a shipping fee for all orders below Rs. 999/- 

If there is a misroute or any courier mistake  (No charge will be made to the customer, we will proceed to ship the order again)

If There is a COVID19/Pandemic/Natural Calamity/Unforeseen Circumstances issue (We will Cancel The order)

A Fee will only be charged for the following:

Wrong address and want to update (We will Charge the Customer Rs 150/-)

Customer refused to accept (We will Charge the Customer Rs 150/-)

Customer unreachable / attempted up to 3 times (We will Charge the Customer Rs 150/-)

 

Does CIETTE BEAUTY ship outside India?

CIETTE BEAUTY currently does not ship outside India.
