After washing the face, wet a cotton pad with the toner, apply evenly across the face, and pat to fully absorb it.

Alternatively you can soak a facial pad with this toner and place on the desired areas. Remove the pad after 5minutes.

Lastly, the toner can be layered to hydrate and moisturize dehydrated skin.
